SARAH LOCKETT
BUSINESS WORKFLOWS × APPLIED AI
01 / POSITION
I work where ambiguous business problems, emerging technology, and human behavior meet. The goal is never more software. It is a system that makes the work clearer, faster, and more valuable.
02 / PROJECTS
Dealer-network reporting, an accounts-receivable operating system, and a governed warranty portal: designed, built, and run inside a working boat manufacturer and importer, for the executives and teams who depended on them.
Listen to the team. Build the workflow. Improve what matters.
Power BI sales and warranty reporting across the combined ~42-dealer EdgeWater + Nimbus USA network, adopted into the Senior VP of Sales's daily workflow. The same analysis surfaced a single dealer holding 75%+ of EdgeWater sales.

04 / PROFILE
I sit between the business question and the working system: mapping the process, designing the architecture, and staying until the team actually uses it.
Before I built systems, I built teams. A decade in collegiate athletics taught me how to create structure from ambiguity, develop people, and lead through change. That same discipline now shapes how I build analytics, automation, and applied AI.

05 / AI CASE STUDIES
Practical AI in a business context: the agent-building depth of the last six months, applied to problems I have run by hand. Each one is designed and defensible today; none is built yet. As each ships, its page gains the working system and its evaluation.
Feed it the event logs a business already has, and an agent team reconstructs how the work actually flows: where it loops, stalls, and leaks money.
